Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, all undecorated items, in same excellent condition as received, may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee....please contact us for a return authorization # first.   If you merely exchange the item for another Workfaster Products and Apparel item, the restocking fee will be waived.  We cannot except personalized/decorated items for return or exchange, sorry!
